1. Definitions

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Services Offered

Zarea Limited provides an online platform for purchasing and selling commodities such as cement, steel, building materials, industrial materials, and agricultural products in Pakistan. We connect buyers and sellers, facilitate transactions, and provide insights into the value of goods sold.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain its confidentiality, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches. Zarea Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Services responsibly. You shall not:

• Use our Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes;
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

6. Orders and Transactions

By placing an order on Zarea, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information;
• Adhere to any applicable payment terms;
• Understand that Zarea reserves the right to reject any order that we cannot fulfill for errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability.

Zarea Limited does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or prices and reserves the right to modify them without notice. For bulk deals or special commodities, additional terms may apply, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified at checkout
• Zarea Limited reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders if payment verification fails
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to the purchase and delivery of goods.

8. Refund and Return Policy

Zarea Limited does not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except in cases where the item delivered is defective or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, customers' requests must be made within 7 business days, and Zarea Limited will handle this on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or refund, users must contact our customer service and provide relevant evidence (e.g., photos, descriptions).

Non-Returnable Products: Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to special return conditions. Zarea Limited will indicate these products on the product page or invoice.

Conditions for Refund: Refunds will only be processed after Zarea Limited verifies the claim and confirms that the product was indeed defective or materially different.

Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used or via store credit, at Zarea Limited’s discretion.

Zarea Limited strives to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeline provided at checkout; however, delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of Zarea’s control (e.g., logistics delays, acts of nature, or regulatory issues). Users acknowledge that any stated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

No Liability for Delays: Zarea Limited is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delays in delivery. In the case of significant delays, Zarea will communicate proactively with the user and provide available options where possible.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information. Zarea Limited is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Zarea Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Zarea’s liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction in question.

Zarea Limited is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in the Services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and network failures.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, code, trademarks, and software, is owned by Zarea Limited or its licensers and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, governs t collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

Zarea Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or misused our platform. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.

14. Disclaimer and Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Zarea Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services’ accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and Zarea disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zarea Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zarea Limited concerning the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
